We perform Painting, Waterproofing, Wallpaper, Specialty Coatings and Sealants along with Specialty finishes such as Duraplex, Texcote, Venetian Plaster, Anti-Microbial Coatings and Floor and Deck Coatings. We are fully insured and bonded and carry licenses for any county in Florida. We are a licensed General Contractor. We can provide a Bid/Performance Bonds when requested. |  |

| Our main line of work is multi-unit residential/ condominiums, commercial structures & hotels. There is no new construction project too large or with too tight a schedule. We have manned projects with as many as 100 painters on a single job. Glendale has never failed to complete a project in the 20 years we have been in business. |

In the 20 years we have been serving the State of Florida, we have painted or waterproofed over 250 Communities and/or Buildings totaling more than 50,000 units. We have worked on commercial buildings totaling more than 22 million square feet of floor space. | |

| We regularly handle jobs as small as $5,000 and as large as $2,000,000. Our list of customers has grown the same way. This growth is primarily due to on time and on budget performance our customers have come to expect. We do not change order our customers to death and our reasonable when it comes to the little extras reputable contractors require now and again. Whether we are needed to work nights, multiple shifts or just meet strong manpower requirements, Glendale always gets it done and is asked to bid the next project. | ||

The work we do is all high quality (T.Q.M). We are not a paint broker subletting our work. All workers on your project will be our own employees. We send our foreman to seminars and certification programs whenever possible. Osha certifications are a must with our leaders. Our safety program exceeds the strictest compliance put on us from any customer. We have never been found in violation of Osha Safety Requirements no matter what project they have visited. |
