Hyatt Coconut Point Resort located in Naples Florida was a new construction painting project consisting of complete exterior and interior finishes.  Exterior waterproofing was performed along with interior specialty finishes such as Duraplex, Wallcovering, Staining, Floor coating and standard painting finishes.  Interior consisted of all units, lobby, conference rooms, ballroom, pool and grounds amenities, etc.  This project won the ABC project of the year award for the Painting category in 2002.
