Hampton Inn & Suites

Hampton Inn & Suites is not the typical Hampton Inn.  It is situated in the heart of the St. Petersburg Pier area located on the Bay.  The work was a standard repaint with failed caulking replacement and Stucco repairs.

The project had many difficulties to overcome with the city of St. Petersburg.  As a busy tourist area, working around a large amount of pedestrian and vehicular traffic required coordination with the city parking department as well as hotel management.  Managing the work without interruption to shoppers, diners and residents of the hotel was paramount.
