This 22 story high rise is on 2.8 acres, and consists of 122 units. There is an adjacent 3-story parking garage with private parking, a gated entrance, concierge service, fitness center with pool and spa, tennis courts, riverside cabanas and separate guest suites for short-term stays.

Part of a 3 building complex, Beau Rivage was the first that we painted. St. Tropez and Riviera all occupy the same parcel of land. These three buildings still stand as the largest painting project we have done to date at over 2.6 million dollars.
