Rick Sendker
President/ CEORick founded Glendale in 1985. He
came from a supervisory roll with a large
industrial painting firm. He studied business
management at the State University of New York.
His education, coupled with the skills that he
developed over the years and his leadership
abilities, enabled him to build strong
relationships with vendors, bankers &
customers. Rick brings the company his experience
in painting and knowledge of business, along with
an ability to relate to and recruit true
professionals. He, with his team of professionals, has built
Glendale into one of the Southeast's largest and
most successful painting /waterproofing
companies. |

Dale
Hardin Director of
Operations & Inside Sales
Dale entered the
paint industry in 1984. He has worked with
some of the major paint suppliers in capacities
from assistant manager to outside sales
representative. His working knowledge of,
and training from these manufacturers provide Dale
with a keen insight of the suppliers inner
workings. Dale's sales abilities and
product knowledge provide him with an advantage
over others in this industry. His experience
working with Architects, Property Management
companies, General Contractors and property owners
provide Dale with an understanding of what is
important to each of those groups, enabling
Glendale to satisfy a varied range of
clients. |

Kevin Sendker
VP Field Operations
After receiving his education at
Niagara Community College and at Rick's request,
Kevin came to Glendale in 1986 to run field
operations of the, then young company. Kevin's
assistance enabled Rick to pursue sales while
Kevin developed the field. Kevin understood
that inefficiency in the field led to higher
prices
which would inhibit sales and growth of the
company. Kevin oversees all field operations
for the company. Kevin was co-founder of the
company and is the only other shareholder. |

Chris Jimenez VP Sales & Field
Operations
Chris has brought
flexibility to Glendale that had not existed
before his arrival. As a previous Painting and Wallcovering Contractor himself, Chris now oversees
Sales at Glendale. Chris's strengths in
management, construction and estimating along with
his painting knowledge are now being utilized by
the Glendale Team to aggressively move into the
next millennium. Chris's tenacity, thoroughness
and attention to detail, enable him to instill the
highest level of confidence in our customer that
Glendale will perform above and beyond their
expectations. Chris's passion for this
industry is displayed to all our customers on every
project he is involved with. |

Kevin
Schweikhart, PCS Technical Director
Kevin works with
Glendale as our Technical Director and Forensic
Expert. His experience as a consultant
performing coating system design, forensic investigation and
developing quality control programs for
engineering companies make Kevin a premier
coatings expert. The two certifications
that he holds through NACE & the Society for
Protective Coatings (SSPC) are held by less than
100 individuals in the US. Kevin provides Glendale
and our customers with troubleshooting
capabilities and problem solving solutions that
the majority of our competitors do not have.
The knowledge he brings to us allow Glendale
to excel in the remedial painting and
waterproofing market. He likes playing
acoustic guitar and adding to his continuing
education in the coatings field with his spare
time. |

Frank Nieves Senior
Estimator
Frank has a degree in
architectural design and has studied architectural
technology along with construction management.
This education coupled with his experience in
design, construction methods and estimation have
provided Glendale with leadership and a high
degree of skill and accuracy in our estimating
department. Franks work ethic provide our
clients with on time estimates even when time is
only a luxury. |

Teresa Kemp Project Management
Administrator / Human ResourcesTeresa provides her documentation
& organizational
strengths to the Project Management team at
Glendale. She is responsible for Human
Resources, NTO's, Insurance & Job Cost Control
functions and other documentation
that is typically required by the project managers. Her background as an administrative
assistant to the director of golf for Innisbrook
Golf Resort and her background in purchasing
and accounting provide Glendale with another level
of expertise to help round out the Glendale
organization. |

Jared is the best example of
working your way up. Jared's intelligence,
construction knowledge & logic along with his work
ethic and communication skills have advanced him
to manage an entire geographical territory.
