Floor & Deck Coatings
Let’s not confuse deck coating with floor coating. Floor coating is on grade application. Usually parking garage floors (single story), sidewalks, pool decks, etc receive these coatings. Anything on grade is suitable. This application is slightly limited to products that can withstand out gassing. Glendale has performed millions of square feet of this type of coatings application.
Above grade deck coatings are generally of a waterproofing nature. They are performed to balconies, above grade walkways, concrete roof decks, above grade parking decks, etc. These systems are traditionally Urethanes, Polyurea, Epoxy, Cement based, etc. Glendale has performed hundreds of thousands of square feet of these coatings.
