Property Inspections
Glendale makes annual property visits after our work is complete. We take photos, check existing conditions, meet with maintenance staff or board members when possible and compile a brief report. This provides the board with professional information to review at annual board or budget meetings. It also provides the board with added security that the boards duties are being kept on behalf of the residents.
If any defects appear or warranty items are noticed, corrections are quickly scheduled and performed. No problem gets out of hand. Recently, Glendale was called about a fading concern on a particular elevation on a building. Something that had gone previously undetected during our inspections. We met with the board and looked at the concern. It was barely noticeable to our staff and to the material supplier we called in. However, arrangements were made to repaint 6 small areas over a three day period at no charge to the client. Customer satisfaction is #1. That’s why we only deal with the major paint manufacturers. In this case, the supplier provided material at no charge and we supplied the labor. The customer was ecstatic.
