Our services include repainting, waterproofing, deck restoration and coatings, concrete remediation, stucco repair and installation, and industrial floor sealants and coatings. We bring the knowledge, equipment, and skilled crews to handle projects ranging from routine maintenance to comprehensive restoration.
New Construction: Glendale has completed countless new construction projects, from high-rise condominiums and mixed-use developments to large commercial properties. Today, our new construction work focuses on commercial buildings and industrial warehouses. Our services include painting, wallcoverings and specialty wall finishes, sealant application, and texture coatings.

About Our Company

Glendale is a family-owned business based in the Tampa Bay Area and has been servicing the State of Florida since 1985. The company has been managed by two brothers, Rick and Kevin, since its founding in 1985. Since its founding the company has grown into one of the premier quality painting and restoration contractors in Florida. Rick and Kevin's bond as brothers and business partners is extraordinary. Their continued view to do what it takes to make the customer happy has been the company's bedrock principle.

Glendale’s second generation is helping lead the company today, with Rick’s son, Chris, working alongside Rick and Kevin to strengthen relationships and carry the family’s commitment forward.
