Kevin cultivated the company customer base by providing a solid value for each client.  Kevin understood that efficiency in the field leads to more profit which directly leads to sales and growth through better pricing.  Kevin still oversees all field operations for the company today. Kevin is co-founder of the company.

Dale Hardin

Dale entered the painting industry in 1984. Over the years he has worked with major paint suppliers in capacities from assistant store manager to outside sales representative. His training from, and working-knowledge of, these manufacturers provides Dale with a keen insight into the supplier's inner workings. Dale's sales abilities and product knowledge provides him with an advantage over others in this industry. His experience working with architects, property management companies, general contractors, and property owners has provided Dale with an understanding of what each of these groups value, thus enabling Glendale to satisfy a widely-varied range of clientele.

Chris Sendker

Senior Project Manager

Chris has been working for Glendale since he was a teenager. He was born into Glendale.  His intimate knowledge of painting products and their applications is hard-won, working his way up through the company from base laborer to painter to foreman over the course of ten years to become Glendale's Senior Project Manager.  Educated at USF and St. Petersburg College in Business Management, he also has a keen understanding of the costs and overheads incurred on a project. This allows him to keep an eye on the budget while finishing the project timely and efficiently and with minimal waste.  On top of all this, he brews a mean beer.

Steve Oakey

Operations Facilitator

Steve joined the team in 2013. Coming from a background in high tech manufacturing & maintenance, Steve knows what it's like to work under pressure.  His role in the company is to make sure every project has the equipment needed to ensure smooth operations.

Steve is exceptionally talented at project organization, controls and rigging.  He's always there to provide the guys on a project the nudge they might need to get back on track, or even to get ahead of schedule.  And if a machine fails, no one in the company is more capable of fixing it on the spot.

Steve knows a clean and organized project directly relates to a profitable project.
